    About the Role

    We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by establishing new leads, securing B2B deals, and building strong relationships across various verticals. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology and shape the future of interactive communication.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate leads for potential B2B clients across multiple industries, including Education, Healthcare, Entertainment, Marketing, Corporate Training, Wayfinding, Sports, and Gaming.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning them with 2wai’s solutions.

    • Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring mutual value and success.

    • Collaborate with the internal team to tailor 2wai’s offerings for specific industries and clients.

    • Represent 2wai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s technology and vision.

    • Maintain detailed records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

    Compensation

    • Monthly Pay: $4,000 USD monthly

    • Revenue Share: Earn a share of revenue from every new deal you develop, enabling you to directly benefit from the business you bring to 2wai.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: 2–5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.

    • Skillset: Proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are a must.

    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with one or more of our target verticals (e.g., Education, Sports, Healthcare) is a plus.

    • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Ohio-based entities is highly desirable.

    • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with varied, international hours of business and a willingness to travel.

    • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

    • Passion: Genuine interest in AI, technology, and creating meaningful human connections.
